Answers to common questions about my website design and development services.

How do I provide content for my website?

All website content is provided by you as only you understand your business well enough to write about it.
All other material including images, videos , logos, animation and any files for download are also supplied by the customer.

Where do i find the images for my website?

You must come prepared with the images that you’d like to put on your site. You can use your own images and photographs or find images and photos on sites such as Stockphoto. If you would like me to do this for you , please expect there to be a charge for this service. Take into consideration your company colours and look for photos and images of a similar colour scheme.

What functional features can I include on my website?

Our services support features like contact forms, e-commerce, blogs, and custom integrations tailored to your needs.

What changes can I make once a design has been presented?

Ideally we will nut out before hand all the details so that there aren’t too many surprises when I present you a design idea for your new website.

Possible changes included are: Changes and additions of text, changes and additions of images, changes to colours etc.

What hosting options are available?

I can recommend and help you to choose an optimal hosting plan for your new website. Hosting is not included in the price of my packages. Hosting plans are paid for separately by the client.

Can I update my website after launch?

Yes, ongoing maintenance is available for you to keep your site current and engaging.

Do you offer services beyond design and development?

If your request is not within the scope of standard packages I will send you an offer with a price and the time required to complete such a project, as well as the number of clients currently ahead of you on a waiting list.

How long does a typical project take?

Project timelines vary, but most websites are completed within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and client input.
